This Privacy Policy explains how Workfied ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use the Workfied website, mobile applications, and related services (together, the "Services"). Workfied is a personal work-memory product that lets you record short voice or text logs about your working day and generates documents — such as updates, reviews, and goal summaries — from them.

Transcription and document generation may be performed by vetted AI processing partners acting under data-processing agreements. Content sent for processing is encrypted in transit, is not retained by the processor beyond the request, and is never used to train their models. Where on-device processing is available for your hardware, we use it by default. Generated documents are drafts produced from your own logs by automated systems and may contain errors — you are responsible for reviewing them before relying on or sharing them.
To help Workfied get sharper for everyone in your field, we use anonymized, aggregated patterns from all users — never your actual words, never anything that identifies you personally, and never your employer (which we don't ask for or store). This only kicks in once at least 5 people in your field have shared similar signals, so no individual can be recognized. This is on by default; you can turn it off any time in your Profile settings.

However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authority within the legally required window. All user data is stored securely in encrypted format. We use enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with strict security protocols. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties.
If you purchase a subscription, your payment is processed by our payment providers, Razorpay and Stripe. Card and payment-instrument details are handled and stored by them, not by Workfied. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy notices: razorpay.com/privacy and stripe.com/in/privacy.

If you delete your account, your logs and derived content are deleted, and remaining account data is removed within 30 days.

Workfied is a workplace product and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16 years of age.
